Umi Healing Spa is new spa in Markham, specializing in services such as RMT, facials, massages and more. Opening a new spa calls for social media marketing to invite new customers. I am responsible for filming and editing reels and TikTok videos, co-planning monthly ad campaigns and promotions, and co-planning a social media calendar to post weekly. I also conducted frequent market research and analyzed the ROI to bring new ideas to monthly meetings. Within the first 3 months of filming, the social media page has brought numerous influencer collaborations, increased the following by 700%, and various new clients.
